Nosara, Costa Rica
February 20-25, 2026
Slow down. Rest deeply. Listen within.
In Costa Rica’s natural beauty, you’ll have space to slow down, rest deeply, and listen within. Through guided mindfulness and self-compassion, you’ll learn to stay grounded no matter what life brings.
Each day invites reflection, renewal, and connection. Enjoy the ocean air, nourishing food, and like-hearted souls. You’ll leave with tools to bring this presence and ease into daily life. Experience a true pause to reconnect with yourself and the joy beneath it all.
The power of the pause.
This retreat is designed around the power of the pause—mindfulness, connection, and spacious rest. Each morning begins in quiet presence with guided meditation and gentle movement. Throughout the day, you’ll explore practices that bring mindfulness into everyday life, learning to pause, communicate with compassion, and reconnect with what truly matters. With time for reflection, laughter, nourishing food, and simply being, there’s no performance and no pressure—just presence. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored, carrying a calm, steady clarity back home with you.
